Own Who You Are and Where You Are At

It can be extremely difficult to overcome the fear of what others think about you.

Sometimes you KNOW what others think of you, because they make their comments. And sometimes you only THINK you know based on a story that you have made up in your mind.

That story usually comes down to the fact that you are uncertain about the choice you’ve made. The more you own your choice, the less you will care about what others think about it, as well as your actions and behaviours that come along with that choice.

Self-acceptance is about owning who you are, what you are doing, the choices you make, and where you are at.

Self-acceptance DOESN’T mean settling for "good enough”.

Self-acceptance means believing that you are good enough to put the effort into. That you are worthy of the decisions you make for yourself.
