Enjoy the Process - Movement
Do you enjoy running on a treadmill? Do you enjoy lifting weights? Do you enjoy yoga? Do you enjoy outdoor fitness? Do you like walking? Do you like working out with friends?
Don’t do something because social media says it’s the best thing to do for weight loss. Do something that you really enjoy doing! Any means of moving your body more will increase your ability to lose body fat.
Spend some time trying different ways to move your body more. Ask yourself, “when I’m tired or low on energy, will I want to do this?
