Go ahead and pursue the After-Photo, but for every selfie you take in the mirror, also make a note of something that you are learning in the process...
...something that you can continue to pursue after you have achieved the desired After-Photo outcome.
Remember... The "Before and After" represents a block of time. Your life will continue after the After-Photo is taken.
