You have heard, and likely been lectured on the importance of sleep.
I won’t do that today. I’ll give you a day pass. No promise for the future though.
For now, this is a simple reminder to get as much sleep as you can, in the best conditions you can.
Maybe try noise cancellation apps/headphones, avoid screens an hour before bedtime, or try a supportive mattress.
We all need a little extra support in our lives.
