It is IMPERATIVE that you find, or create, parts of your transformation process that you truly enjoy.
Otherwise, when things get tough, you just aren’t going to stick it out.
If you really enjoy something, it’s way easier to keep doing it. It’s way easier to prioritize it. It’s way easier to choose to do it over and over again.
When it comes to your nutrition… find recipes that are high on the nutritional value scale, and lower on the calorie density scale, but most importantly, find recipes that taste delicious. Recipes that are easy to make. Recipes that you don’t mind making every few weeks.
Make it easy. Make it satisfying.
Make a LIST! Write it down so that you can reference it when you get home from work and you can’t think of a single thing to make, so you resort to frozen pizza.
