But if you can start looking for the ways you WEREN’T shitty… or even better… all the ways you make yourself proud, you are way more likely to want to repeat those things day after day.
Not only that, it makes consistently looking for the bright spots more natural, and more habitual.
The more you do things that make you proud, the more you will WANT to do things that make you proud.
